1. Battery Problems

  • Causes: Loose battery seating, tripped Battery Management System (BMS), aged lithium battery, or using a non-original charger.

  • Solutions:

    1. Check the Seating: Ensure the battery is firmly slid into the frame tray and you hear a distinct "click" locking it into place.

    2. Reset the BMS: Unplug the battery, hold the battery power button for 10 seconds (if applicable), let it rest for 30 minutes, and then plug it back into the official charger.
